1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services or place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

2. Products, Custom Work & Availability

• Product descriptions, images, dimensions, finishes, and availability are provided in good faith. Minor variations in color, grain, or finish may occur due to natural materials and screen settings.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.
• For custom orders (e.g., made-to-measure cabinetry, special finishes), specifications approved by you in writing (or via e-signature) are final. Custom orders are typically non-cancelable and non-returnable once production begins.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

• Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable taxes, fees, and shipping/handling charges will be added at checkout.
• Coupons and promotions are subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• We strive for accuracy; in the event of a pricing or availability error, we may cancel or revise the order and will contact you for confirmation or refund.

4. Orders, Payment & Title

• By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount.
• We may request additional verification or decline an order for any reason (including suspected fraud).
• Title to products passes to you upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier or, for local delivery/installation, upon delivery to your site.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

• Estimated ship and delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may require adult signature and reasonable access to the site.
• Please inspect items upon delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier’s receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
• If installation is purchased, you are responsible for site readiness (clear access, utilities, permits where required). Additional trip or wait fees may apply if the site is not ready.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Standard (non-custom) items may be returnable within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging, unless marked “final sale”. Restocking fees and return shipping may apply.
• Custom or made-to-order items, special finishes, and clearance items are non-returnable and typically cannot be canceled once production begins.
• To start a return, contact us for an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Products may include manufacturer warranties described in the listing or documentation. We will assist with reasonable warranty claims according to the manufacturer’s terms.
• Except as expressly provided, the Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without additional warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Care & Use: Proper installation, maintenance, and environmental conditions are essential for longevity. Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, moisture exposure, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACMETO and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, designs, trademarks, and materials displayed are owned by or licensed to ACMETO and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute such materials without our prior written consent.

10. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant ACMETO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including attempting to access accounts without authorization, interfering with the operation of the Services, or posting infringing or defamatory content.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, tools, or payment gateways. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• These Terms, together with any order confirmation and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACMETO regarding the Services.
