Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping with ACMETO Bath & Kitchen Inc. This page explains how we process and ship orders and how returns work.

1) Where We Ship From
Orders are fulfilled from one of two locations depending on availability and product type:
- United States warehouses — typically used for stocked items (faster delivery).
- Mainland China factories — used for make-to-order/custom items and some bulk or special finishes.
At checkout or in your confirmation email we will indicate the expected origin and estimated delivery window. Some orders may ship in multiple parcels from different locations.
2) Processing Times
- In-stock (US warehouse): 1–3 business days to process.
- Factory or special-order (China): production lead time varies by item (usually 5–15 business days), then shipping.
3) Estimated Shipping Times
- From US warehouses: 3–7 business days via ground carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS). Oversized items may ship by LTL freight (appointment required).
- From Mainland China: 7–15 business days for air express; 20–35 business days for economy methods. Transit time excludes production lead time.
Note: Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier constraints, customs, and peak seasons can affect timelines.
4) Shipping Fees & Regions
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item size/weight, destination, and method.
- We currently ship to the contiguous U.S. (48 states). For AK/HI/PR or international shipments, please contact us for a quote.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized or freight items.
5) Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
- Freight deliveries are curbside by default and require an adult signature. Please inspect packaging before signing.
- If the address is incorrect or delivery is refused, re-delivery or return fees may apply.
6) Inspect on Arrival
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, ask the driver to note it and take photos.
- Damage/defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist with a replacement or parts.
7) Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
7.1 Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, please contact customer service. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. In these cases, return shipping is on us.
7.2 Change-of-Mind Returns
- Eligible standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging with all parts and manuals.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.
- To start a return, request an RMA number and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
7.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products (including special finishes, sizes, or configurations).
- Clearance, final-sale items, opened hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., seat cushions where sealed packaging is broken), and installed/used products.
- Items damaged by improper handling, installation, or modifications.
7.4 Exchanges
Where stock allows, we can process exchanges for the same item or apply your order value toward another product (fees or credits may apply).
7.5 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified quality issue.
8) Duties, Taxes & Customs
For domestic U.S. deliveries, sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. For international shipments (when available), duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
9) Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing may have begun.
- Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production starts.
10) Warranty & Care
Manufacturer warranties may apply as stated on product pages. Proper installation, routine care, and recommended environmental conditions are required to maintain coverage.
